This creepy doll with a cracked face and sinister smile has been terrorizing the Quesnel & District Museum in Canada since 1991. Mandy the doll was already 91 years old when given to the museum by an un-named donor who couldn’t handle the doll in her home any longer due to some very strange events. The donor would hear the loud cries of a baby but all she would find was Mandy the doll. People complain about the battery from their devices being drained while near Mandy. Some people say she blinks at them and often times Mandy has been known to move around on her own to different display cases.
