Here is model Diandra Forrest showing off the trophy she received when she was given the Unconventional Beauty Icon Award in Austria. After being teased for her albinism as a kid, she is now a fashion model who has graced the cover of Ebony magazine and gets to help children with her condition. She told Refinery29, “[the parents] want to know how they can explain it to their children and classmates, or ask what the best sunblock is,” and she is more than happy to help out.
