Glen “Big Baby” Davis lives up to his name in many ways. He was a massive dude that is remembered for crying on the bench after getting called out by a teammate. He has always struggled with his weight and staying fit so the Boston Celtics created a clause.

In 2009, he signed a two-year contract extension worth $6 million. In that contract, the Celtics would give Davis an additional $500,000 if he could meet a certain weight requirement. The target was never disclosed so there’s no way to know if Davis met the goal.
