This is just flat out cruel. As if going to the bank isn’t bad enough, or heartbreaking enough to pull out cash from the ATM, this is just a slap in the face. What was already a chore has turned into an embarrassing act of struggling to reach the dreaded ATM machine.

What if you’re not tall enough to reach it? Do you have to ask a stranger for a boost, hoping that they don’t catch a glimpse of your bank account balance? How are you even supposed to see the screen to know what you’re doing? This is an all-around fail.
