It’s already tough to make your break in the food business, but all it takes is one bad review to torpedo the whole thing. Maybe they came in over budget and had to make some cuts, which the contractor clearly didn’t agree with. Any publicity is good publicity, but some people are probably going to be skipping over this restaurant for something a little safer.
