The R&B world was introduced to Destiny’s Child when they released their self-titled album. It featured the singles “No, No, No” and “With Me”, with “No No No” being nominated for Best R&B Soul Single by a Group, Band or Duo. The album did go on to sell over one million copies in the US.

Overall, Destiny’s Child spent twenty-six weeks on the US Billboard 200 chart and peaked at number sixty-seven. Over in the UK, the album reached the top fifty, peaking at number forty-five on the albums chart, all thanks to the lead single “No, No, No”.
