Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy filing may have inadvertently unearthed details that would not have ever been made public otherwise. Soon other shocking information and details began to surface about the true nature of what happened the night that Caylee disappeared.

Affidavits were unsealed which include reports from Dominic Casey, the private investigator hired by Jose Baez. According to those reports, Dominic said, “Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did.” If these shocking statements are true, then Jose Baez was truly engaged in more than simply being Casey Anthony’s lawyer. Although, it’s hard to imagine what reason the private investigator would have to lie on an affidavit. Casey Anthony can never be re-tried for the murder of her daughter Caylee due to double jeopardy laws.
