Judge Thinks Casey Accidentally Killed Caylee

In March 2017, the Florida judge who presided over Casey’s murder trial revealed his opinion about what happened to two-year-old Caylee. He thinks Casey accidentally killed the toddler with chloroform. The former Orange County Judge Belvin Perry told The Orlando Sentinel: “There was a possibility that she may have utilized that to keep the baby quiet … and just used too much of it, and the baby died.”

Perry made the statement nearly six years after Casey was acquitted of the murder. He told Orlando station WFTV: “There was never any evidence of abuse of the daughter that was documented, that was presented anywhere.”
