The foreclosure process started in 2011 just before Casey was tried in the murder of her daughter Caylee. Lippman told WESH 2 News, “They like the home they have obviously a lot of memories in that home and they don’t want to lose those memories to someone else who might want to obviously get into the home for other reasons. So they don’t want to sell the home they want to keep it.”

He added that the Anthonys have had to endure an intense amount of public pressure, and the bank proceedings are giving them even more stress. They just want to live in their home in peace.
