Casey Doesn’t Care What People Think

After being acquitted of killing her three-year-old daughter, Casey spoke out about how she is perceived by the public. Inside Edition published a soundbite of Casey telling the Associated Press in March 2017: “I don’t give a s–t about what anyone thinks about me, I never will. I’m OK with myself, I sleep pretty good at night.”

Casey also told AP: “I did what I was told. I don’t remember too much of what happened.” The reporter asked her, “All of a sudden it’s like, ‘Where’s Caylee?’ Is that how it went?” Casey then described the moment she realized Caylee was missing.
