Terrible Panic Attacks

Elizabeth had been on the run for five weeks. Living in such an anxiety-ridden manner certainly had taken a toll on the young girl. Danielle also spoke to CNN’s Primetime Justice saying, “There are times where she’s curled up in the middle of the floor crying and shaking and having panic attacks.” While rationally it might seem that the young girl would be happy to be away from her captor, he had spent months grooming her and it is likely she believed she loved and depended on him. Meanwhile, Cummins was taken into federal custody at the Sacramento County jail in California before being transferred back to Tennessee. Attorney S. Jason Whatley said in a statement on behalf of the girl and her family,
