After reaching the summit of Mount Everest in 2006, Lincoln Hall was mistakenly left for dead. Hall was struck down with serve altitude sickness on the descent and eventually stopped showing signs of life. After his guides tried to resuscitate him for two hours, they left him behind.

Almost 12 hours later, a group of ascending climbers were shocked to find Hall sitting on the ridge cross-legged, very much alive. With frostbite all over his fingers and feeling weak, the Australian mountaineer survived a night on Earth’s highest mountain.

Just ahead is one man’s shocking incident with a train that is pretty unbelievable.
