David Blaine has been buried and drowned alive, but his most impressive feat is his philanthropy. He makes an annual visit to perform at children’s hospitals and burn units all over the United States and the world.

He’s also performed at a summer camp for children diagnosed with serious illnesses and took 100 children on a Target shopping spree. In 2010, Blaine performed “Magic for Haiti,” a performance lasting 72 hours which raised nearly $100,000 for Haiti earthquake relief.
