Blarney Stone: Blarney Castle, Ireland

Here we are once again with people kissing something that is not clean at all and other people have kissed. How trusting are these people that take part in these kissings? Don’t they fret over the germs they can catch on their lips?

Local legend has it that visitors who bend over backward to kiss the stone built into Blarney Castle are rewarded with eloquent speech. But, given that more than 400,000 people pucker up to the stone each year, we’re guessing you’d end up with a little more than just the ‘gift of the gab’.
