We like to think that all grandparents are over the moon when grandchildren arrive, but when you stop to think about it, grandchildren are pretty exhausting.

Grandparents often become the go-to babysitter, so having a grandchild is often dooming yourself to at least another 10 years of parenting. Except for this time they can spoil them and feed them sugar without it being their problem.
