This grandmother was trying to sell her house and, if we’re being honest, I’d buy it after seeing real estate photos like this. She’s showcasing how fun and functional, yet formal the house can be. And it is clearly an open concept which is excellent for families and a white oak hardwood would be perfect throughout.

Years of watching HGTV has prepared me for this and I’m playing right into her hand.
