The seventy-two-year-old Carradine was found naked, hanging from the neck, with ropes tied around his wrists, neck and genitals. It was reported that he was also gagged. Because of the way he was tied, police could not determine if it was a suicide attempt, if he wasn’t alone, or if he might have died from heart failure. Several theories have suggested that because of the position he was tied and the way he was bound, that there might have been another person in the room with him, but police couldn’t verify this claim so far.
