Miesha Tate Saves Her Boyfriend’s Mom

Miesha Tate definitely knows how to win over the parents. When she and her UFC fighter boyfriend Brian Caraway were on vacation in Mexico, Tate stepped up in a heroic way. Caraway brought his mother along since she’d sacrificed vacations to support him and his siblings growing up.

However, his mother, who is asthmatic, had an attack when she tried to swim back to the boat. By the time Caraway and Tate swam back to her, she was completely blue. CPR wasn’t working, so Tate grabbed the inhaler. “Without even thinking about what it might do to her, she takes like, 10 puffs … and starts giving my mom mouth-to-mouth,” said Caraway. Tate’s quick thinking saved her life.
