Pelle Lindbergh’s Blood Alcohol Level Was Double The Legal Limit

The former Flyers goalie was the NHL’s Vezina Trophy winner as the league’s best goalie. Shortly after winning the award, Lindbergh was killed in a single-car crash.

His blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit at the time the accident had occurred.
