Basketball fans were left with another tragedy. Just two months after Petrovic’s passing, Reggie Lewis passed away from a heart attack.

Lewis’ death left the Celtics without their biggest star. It was some big shoes to fill because he was the team’s leading scorer in the past two seasons while being named an All-Star in 1992.
