Malik Sealy Was Killed After Leaving Kevin Garnett’s Birthday Party

Selay was a strong swingman during his tenure in the NBA. Selay was celebrating then-teammate Kevin Garnett’s birthday, but tragedy would soon strike.

However, once he left the party, he was killed by a drunk driver who was on the wrong side of the road. When Garnett was traded to the Brooklyn Nets, he wore number 2 to honor his old teammate.
