Sarah Michelle Gellar is a well-known registered Republican. Her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. also leans to the right. However, this past election she went opposite and voted for Hilary! “I am incredibly honored that my daughter lives in a time where she sees that a woman can possibly be President,” said Gellar. “I think that’s really important for daughters to understand that.” That is a respectable stance.

Chris Christie is the Governor of the state of New Jersey. While Christie is more of a politician than a celebrity, given how much coverage he’s received over this election cycle, we figured we should include him.

While today he is famous for being one of the only prominent members of the Republican party that backed up Donald Trump’s 2016 election run, prior to that, he was most well known for lending his support to President Obama after Hurricane Sandy devastated the East Coast.
