There’s a lot of speculation around what players the revamped XFL is going to get for 2020. Johnny Manziel has been on the top of the rumor mill but it looks like it’s a long shot. McMahon said that if any player has a criminal past (which, unless you’ve been living under a rock you know that Manziel does) then you won’t be allowed to play in the XFL.
