Can Someone Please Explain This To Me?

Okay, so this is mildly confusing but I’m all for it. Ordering a package in March and getting it in December is bad enough, now imagine ordering a package in 2013 and having to get your 10-year-old parents (at the time) to go grab it. That’s going to take some serious coordination that would probably require a time machine.
