It’s pretty shocking that Frances Conroy, the actress behind Ruth on Six Feet Under, is only 11 years older than on-screen son Peter Krause, who plays Nate. The show’s makeup department did a good job of aging Conroy for the role, and it doesn’t hurt that Krause looks younger than his age.
