I hope he gave himself a ticket for this one. There’s so much going on here it’s hard to point out just one flaw. Sure, the accident itself is a huge blunder that will probably cost thousands in taxpayers money, but why was this cop parking in front of a fire hydrant to begin with? I don’t think he’s getting that promotion.
