A slogan like that forces the staff who work in retail to bow down to some pretty crazy demands just to please customers. Even when they’re at fault, the customer can never be wrong. Asking for a special request or showing no judgment to customers are reasons why need to show some decency to their cashier, especially if you haven’t worked in the service industry before.
