We Can’t All Have Perfect Skin

Why is it that everyone’s skin is different? Can’t we all just have the same quality of skin? Why do I have to have red bumps everywhere that make me look like I’m constantly out of breath when other people have perfectly silky skin? I haven’t had good skin since I was three days old.
