Realty and customer service are hit and miss these days. Long are the days of common sense, as people completely threw that out the window. People will look at reviews on Google and they’re convinced to buy it or check out the menu at a restaurant. No matter how many times you plead your case and the employee does “their job”, there’s a chance they’ll get it wrong. Even ordering a cheap salad at a restaurant can have its disadvantages. These people should be aware that certain things you buy do not come as advertised.
