This is great because it would scare me away from going to any ATMs. During a night out, I could go to an ATM three times for unnecessary withdrawals. If there was a fish taped to the ATM I would immediately leave. The only people who would use this machine are the ones who desperately need money. This would actually help with financial literacy.
