I think the saying goes, “monkey see, monkey do”. Kids will see a homeless person pick up a cigarette butt from the ground and the next day they’ll come home with 40 butts of their own. This little girl saw this mannequin and did what every kid does — make us severely uncomfortable by looking headless.
