She has been married to husband, director Kyle Newman, since 2007 and they welcomed their first child together in 2013. However, Jamie had secretly been struggling with endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome. This caused infertility, and she suffered through five miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy. Ultimately, she was able to get pregnant. This is why it was a particularly happy occasion when she announced her pregnancy with her second child. She announced the news via Instagram and a cute photo of her son James holding a sign that said, “I’m gonna be a big brother! Who da boss now.”? Her second son Leo Thames was born in July of 2015.
