Another one of those sugar-content comparisons that just hits a little too close to home. We’re all aware that soft drinks hold an insane amount of sugar, but to find out that a 20oz Pepsi has more than a sweet, overpowering, Classic Cinnabon is downright shocking.
In the end, there are about 16 teaspoons of sugar in a 20oz. The recommended amount of sugar for a 2000 calorie diet is 6 teaspoons for women, and 9 teaspoons for men. Never thought I’d be able to justify a Cinnabon by cutting out a soft drink, but maybe cutting out both is the better option.
