From Duke To Voice-Over Actor

Ronnie Schell took on the the role of Gomer Pyle’s friend Corporal Gilbert “Duke” Slater on the Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. show. After the show ended, he lent his voice to cartoons such as Goober and the Ghost Chasers, Battle of the Planets, and Shirt Tales. His last role was in the Funny Or Die sitcom You’ll Be Fine.
