Be Sure To Watch These Titles Before They Leave Netflix In April
When you're stuck at home, one of the last things you probably want to hear is content leaving Netflix. But with bad, there is good because some titles such as A Cinderella Story and The Ugly Truth are leaving, allowing new films and series to be hosted on the platform.

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events
If you're stuck at home and need a series to quickly binge-watch, look no further than Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. The television adaptation of the popular children's book of the same name has been on Netflix since 2017. Unfortunately, the time has come to remove it from the platform.
The show is much like the stories, with dark statistical humor that sets the tone for Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire's mysterious time with their guardian, Count Olaf. It ran for three seasons, so you're going to want to hop on Netflix to watch all of the episodes before they're taken down in April!
Good Burger
There's always time for some nostalgic movies. So what better way to spend your time being stuck at home than watching Good Burger starring Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell? The movie is based on the two comedians' sketch from the Nickelodeon TV show All That, meaning it's the perfect film if you're in need of some good laughs.
But don't get too excited. If you want to watch Dexter and Ed save Good Burger from the impending doom that is their rival chain Mondo Burger, you're going to have to do it fast. The movie is going to be off Netflix by the end of April.
The Craft
"Light as a feather, stiff as a board." Yup, that spell can be heard by the coven of four high school witches invoking the spirit in the 1996 film The Craft. But only for a short while longer. The movie follows Sarah, a young girl who just moved to Los Angeles and became friends with the outcasts.
Then, everything snowballs, and Sarah becomes involved in spellcasting and curses. Don't let us fool you, though; this film is dark and includes some mature material. The film is going to be on Netflix a little while longer, so you're going to want to watch it fast! But, remember, don't be like Nancy!
A Cinderella Story
If you haven't seen A Cinderella Story, it's a modern remake of the classic story. Sam is bright, beautiful, and a social outcast who wants nothing more than to go to Princeton to get away from her horrible stepmother and stepsisters. Insert prince charming, aka Chad Michael Murray.
He's the high school quarterback, and she's a waitress the popular kids call diner girl. So, obviously, they fall in love one magical night, but he doesn't recognize her. Go figure. You might know how this story ends, but you're still going to want to watch the movie before Netflix takes it down.
GoodFellas
Martin Scorsese's classic film Goodfellas is making its exit from Netflix at the end of April. The story is based on the non-fiction novel Wiseguy by Nicholas Pileggi and follows the rise and fall of Henry Hill, a mob associate, and his friends and family from 1955 to 1980.
To prepare for their roles, Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, and Ray Liotta would often speak to the author about his novel. Pileggi would then give them extra materials he had lying around to help the actors bring the characters to life. This is one "based on a true story" film you're not going to want to miss out on watching.
Space Jam
It breaks our hearts to say it, but Space Jam is going to be taken off of the streaming platform at the end of April. So, the time to watch Michael Jordan team up with Bugs Bunny and the rest of the Looney Tunes to defeat the Monstars so they're not enslaved on Moron Mountain is now.
The challenge? A basketball game, of course! If you're stuck at home and have kids, it's time to introduce them to this sports classic. See the fate of Bugs and his friends before it's too late!
True Grit
The critically acclaimed film True Grit is only going to remain on Netflix for a little while longer. Starring Jeff Bridges, Hailee Steinfeld, Josh Brolin, and Matt Damon, the modernized western story follows a rag-tag group made up of a young girl, trigger-happy lawman, and a Texas ranger as they embark on a wild adventure that tests their "true grit." Their mission: to find an outlaw named Tom Chaney.
Did the summary catch your interest? Good! True Grit is scheduled to leave Netflix's streaming platform at the end of April. So make sure you have a bowl of popcorn at the ready, you're going to want to get cozy!
The Ugly Truth
There's always time for a good, silly rom-com, especially when you're stuck at home. So, before The Ugly Truth is taken down from Netflix, be sure to see it in all of its laugh-worthy glory. The story follows Mike and Abby, two very different types of people.
Abby is a serious show producer who believes in true love, while Mike is a show host who has a cynical outlook on relationships. What happens between them is nothing short of hysterical. Unfortunately for those souls who love romantic comedies, The Ugly Truth is going to be taken down from the streaming platform at the end of April.
National Treasure
Get ready to watch Nicholas Cage steal the Declaration of Independence in National Treasure. The film follows Ben Gates, a historian, and his friends Abigail and Riley as they search for clues to lead them to a lost treasure hidden during the Revolutionary War. What is the Declaration for you ask? Well, it has a coded message on the back of it, of course!
This is a great movie for the entire family when stuck at home. But you have to act fast! National Treasure is scheduled to leave the streaming service at the end of April.
Big Fat Liar
If you're looking for a good film to show your kids while they're stuck at home, look no further than Big Fat Liar. The story follows Jason Shepard, a 14-year-old who happens to be a pathological liar. See, the problem is that when a greedy Hollywood producer steals his creative writing assignment, no one believes his tale.
Now, it's up to him and his friend to steal his assignment back before the producer can make it into a film, giving Jason zero credit. This film is based on The Boy Who Cried Wolf, a great moral for young kids to learn.
Dirty Harry
Drawing off the real-life case of the notorious Zodiac Killer, Dirty Harry is a neo-noir that follows the story of a San Francisco Police Department Inspector, "Dirty" Harry Callahan, as he tracks a similar psychopath. The critically acclaimed film is a great choice for anyone who enjoys classic police dramas and the acting chops of Clint Eastwood.
Although the film was very controversial at the time of its release, that didn't stop it from receiving high praise from critics. You're going to want to watch this movie before it leaves Netflix at the end of April.
Crash
The Academy Award-winning film Crash has an all-star cast and deals with some very important issues. Starring Sandra Bullock, Matt Dillion, Terrence Howard, Don Cheadle, and more, the story explores racial and social tensions around Los Angeles.
Interestingly, the film is considered to be a "passion piece" for co-writer Paul Haggis, as the film was inspired by his own account of dealing with a carjacker back in 1991. Of course, there is more to the film that a simple car heist. But you're just going to have to watch it to see all of the action for yourself.
Blade Runner: The Final Cut
Blade Runner is set in a dystopian Los Angeles during the year 2019. In this future, robots are being manufactured by the powerful Tyrell Corporation to work on off-planet civilizations. The issue is an advanced fugitive group of these robots come to Earth and stir things up, leaving retired cop Richard Deckard to hunt them down.
Starring Harrison Ford, Rutger Hauer, and Sean Young, the movie is action-packed and full of sci-fi aspects that didn't exactly make it to the real 2019. Be sure to check out Blade Runner before it leaves Netflix. This version is the final cut, too, so its a bit longer!
The Shawshank Redemption
If you're in the mood for a little drama, be sure to watch The Shawshank Redemption before its taken off of Netflix's streaming platform. The story follows Andy Dufresne, an accountant who is accused of murdering his wife and her lover. Even though he claims to be entirely innocent, he is still sentenced to prison time.
There, he befriends Ellis "Red" Redding, a contraband smuggler, and gets tied up in a money-laundering scheme lead by the prison warden. Do you think Andy will ever get out? See for yourself with this captivating movie.
Strictly Ballroom
If you're a fan of Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge! then you're not going to want to miss watching Strictly Ballroom. The film is the first in director Baz Luhrmann's "Red Curtain Trilogy." Based on the 1984 stage play set up by the director while he was a student at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts, the film follows the story of a classically-trained ballroom dancer as he is paired with a plain-jane two-left-feet partner.

With the help of April, played by Megan Fox, the teenage mutant ninja turtles try their best to save New York from the evil Shredder and his minions. This is one of those films that you can put on, and the kids will be occupied the entire time.
Rounders
The cult classic Rounders is a must-see for any poker enthusiast. The film stars Edward Norton and Matt Damon as two high-stakes poker players. When the two friends find themselves in massive debt, the need to win a high-stakes game becomes a matter of life and death.
Exploring the world of underground poker, Rounders is a drama that should be seen before it's taken down from the Netflix streaming platform. Who knows, maybe you'll learn a trick or two for the next time you play cards.
Driving Miss Daisy
Driving Miss Daisy is a classic American movie that follows the story of Daisy Werthan, a retired Jewish school teacher living in Atlanta, Georgia, over 25 years. Unlike other people her age, Daisy enjoys spending time with Hoke, her chef and chauffeur. The film explores racism and antisemitism in the south and is an emotional rollercoaster for anyone who watches it.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is the classic tale of Li Mu Bai, a skilled swordsman who decides its time to leave violence behind him. In doing so, he entrusts his Green Destiny sword to female warrior Yu Shu Lien. It's her job to bring the sword to Governor Yu. Of course, not all goes as planned, and a masked burglar steals the sword.
You're going to have to watch Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, to see if the warriors can reclaim the stolen weapon! Don't wait to watch this film for too long; it's scheduled to leave Netflix at the end of April.
A Little Princess
Set during World War I, A Little Princess follows the story of Sara, a young girl who is sent to a boarding school after hearing her father had died in combat. Only, he didn't die; he was just severely injured and suffering from amnesia. Unfortunately for Sara, that means she's stuck in a school where the headmistress mistreats the students.
You're going to have to watch the classic film to see if Sara and her friends make it out of the boarding school, okay. And if Sara's father ever comes for her. This is a great family drama to watch with your kids if you're stuck inside!
