6 Underground chronicles six international vigilantes who have faked their own deaths in order to take down criminal giants. Referred to only by their number, the team follows the leadership of "One," who, of course, is Ryan Reynolds, as they set out to save the world. Burlesque
Those who love movies about singing and dancing are probably already sold on the fact that this film stars Christina Aguilera and Cher, two of the greatest performers in their arena. But just for kicks, we'll fill you in on the plot. Aguilera plays a girl from a small town who comes to Los Angeles with big dreams.
Meanwhile, Cher is the owner of a neo-burlesque club that's on the brink of being shut down. When the two come together, they find that each holds the key to their own success. Catch the upbeat film Burlesque starting on December 16th.
The Magicians

The Danish Girl
Eddie Redmayne and Alicia Vikander star in The Danish Girl, a biographical film based on a novel by David Ebershoff. Both were nominated for Academy Awards for their impressive performances in this tale about a married couple in 1920s Denmark.
When Gerda (Vikander) asks her husband Einar (Ebershoff) to pose as a female for the sake of creating a portrait, Einar reveals a life-long identification as a woman. Max eventually befriends Rooster, a farm dog who tries to cure Max of his own neuroses. The plot might seem heavier than the original critically-acclaimed film but we promise it delivers plenty of laughs along the way. Secret Life Of Pets 2 comes out on December 27.
Red Dawn
In an alternate version of the 1980s, the United States is the last hope for fending off communism. Soviet soldiers invade a small Colorado town where brothers Jed (Patrick Swayze) and Matt Eckert (Charlie Sheen) team up with friends to fight off the invasion.
The boys are helped by Jed and Matt's father, Tom (Harry Dean Stanton), a prisoner of the invading army who decides to stand up against the enemy. Can they take back their town and win one for the good guys? You can find out when the movie arrives on December 31.
Sweet Virginia

Sweet Virginia didn't make a box office splash when it debuted in 2017 but it has a solid 78% on Rotten Tomatoes which makes it worth a watch if your movie library choices are dwindling. The movie arrives on December 1.
War On Everyone
War On Everyone arrives on December 3, 2019. The 2016 British black comedy stars Alexander Skarsgård, Michael Peña, and Theo James. The film didn't feature a wide release with a focus on the United Kingdom and Ireland but it has some decent enough star power to draw a Netflix crowd.
The film tells the story of two corrupt cops in New Mexico who attempt to blackmail and frame every criminal that crosses their path. Their plan is going great until they try their scheme on a criminal who is much more dangerous than the two men.
Tomorrow Never Dies
On December 31, 2019, Tomorrow Never Dies debuts on Netflix. Can you believe this James Bond movie was released in 1997 and was the 18th addition to the popular spy series? It was also the second Bond film to star Pierce Brosnan as the famous spy.

Arriving on December 9 is A Family Reunion Christmas starring Tia Mowry-Hardrict and Jackée Harry. The Sister, Sister stars amused young people in the 1990s and now they've been given the chance to hang out on camera once again.
Mowry-Hardrict plays mom Cocoa on the Netflix sitcom Family Reunion and this special Christmas episode seems like a fun way to reunite the actress on the small screen with her extended family.

Don't let the title fool you; Sweetheart is anything but sweet. The horror film centers on protagonist Jennifer Remming, a young woman who becomes stranded on an island alone. She gradually discovers that some evil entity is there with her.

Back before Taylor Lautner was the hunky werewolf in the Twilight saga, he was the angsty costar in The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl. The story centers around an outcasted child named Max who has vivid dreams that come to life.
His imaginary characters Sharkboy (Lautner), and Lavagirl enter Max's troubled world in an attempt to save his dreamworld from utter defeat by the evil Mr. Electric. This fantasy adventure is a metaphorical tale for the whole family, airing December 1st.

Season 3 of Alexa & Katie will be airing on Netflix on December 26th. The sitcom centers on two young teenagers who are lifelong best friends. As they enter their freshman year of high school, one of the girls discovers that she has cancer.
