Joel Madden is the lead singer of the pop rock band Good Charlotte and married to Nicole Richie. Their Laurel Canyon home was built in 1914, the home is a mix of modern and California bohemian. High ceilings and lots of windows and skylights bring floods of light to the five bedroom, five bath home. They reportedly paid $6.7 million for the estate.

The boho home features courtyard-style open spaces and dark, exposed beams. An attached guesthouse offers access to a backyard with eating and play areas alongside a lagoon-style pool, spa, and waterfall. There is also a sweet fountain residing in the center of a carefully landscaped garden. There are three fireplaces giving the home a cozy feel.
