Here’s Your Chance To Stay In The ‘Downton Abbey’ Castle

If you've ever dreamed of living like a Lord or Lady like you're in the television drama Downton Abbey, you now have a chance. Don't start packing your bags just yet because the castle is only available for one night only.

Only two guests will get the chance to stay in the famous estate for one night only. Highclere Castle, known as "Downton Abbey", will be available on Airbnb to help promote the upcoming film, which premieres September 20th.

In order to be considered you "must have a verified Airbnb profile, positive reviews, and be passionate about Downton Abbey."

Reservation requests open on October 1st for the evening of November 26th.

The Airbnb listing promises "an exclusive evening drinking cocktails in the Saloon, followed by a traditional dinner with the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon in the State Dining Room."

The evening continues after dinner with "coffee served in the Library before you retire to one of the Gallery bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and views over 1,000 acres of rolling parkland."

If you don't end up winning the Airbnb reservation, the estate is open to the public on select days every year. However, tickets are very popular and you don't get all the fancy perks.
