Here’s Your First Look At Robert Downey Jr. As ‘Dolittle’

Universal Pictures has just released the first trailer for their upcoming moving Dolittle, which stars Robert Downey Jr. The film is reportedly a reimagined version of the 1992 Dr. Dolittle starring Eddie Murphy.

In Dolittle, Downey will play the role of a veteinarian with an ability to speak to animals. The film is Downey's first major role since leaving the Marvel Cinematic Universe after his departure as Ironman. It's also his first non-Marvel role since The Judge in 2014.

The movie is a starstudded affair as it also features Antonio Banderas and Emma Thompson. It also features a reunion of everyone's favorite Marvel friendship as Tom Holland, who plays Spider-Man in the MCU, voices a character, along with Rami Malek and Selena Gomez.

The film has reportedly been in production since March 2017 and has faced multiple delays due to creative setbacks and reshoots. It's finally set to be released on January 17th, 2020.
