Shawn Hunter is Corey Matthews’ cool best friend in Boy Meets World. He’s as suave as a kid from the ’90s could be at that age, with great style and a charming personality. Shawn was the popular kid and girls swooned over him. He, of course, made school seem nerdy. Shawn always saw education as a detriment, and it wasn’t because he wasn’t smart.

He never applied himself because to try at anything except being cool was uncool. Although Shawn’s issues with performing in school were eventually unraveled, it’s probably not the best idea to have the cool character of a kid’s series preaching that school is lame.
