Candice Bergen started out as a model, as cover girl for Vogue, before turning to acting. She was all the rage back in the ’70s. You probably know her from her infamous role on the CBS sitcom, Murphy Brown (1988-98), for which she won five Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards.
