Lorelai’s dog, Paul Anka, was brought on along the time Lorelai and Rory had a falling out. Thankfully, the dog will be back for the revival. Anka is played by dog actor Sparky, a necessary part of the Gilmore universe that will bring some much needed comfort to a grieving Lorelai.
