Despite their difference of opinion in certain subjects, Marla was very supportive of Trump during his campaign, though never openly has admitted to voting for him. She has stated that, “He does not want to evoke violence” and that he wants “wants to be a voice for peace.” She was front and center during his campaign at the Republican National Convention, where her daughter Tiffany spoke in Trump’s behalf, along with her half-siblings. Marla also sat front row during his inauguration to again support Tiffany and attended a campaign event at the Trump International Hotel.
