Dwayne Johnson “Wouldn’t Rule Out” A Presidential Run

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has talked about running for president on several occasions. In 2016 he told Vanity Fair that he “wouldn’t rule it out.” He added, “It would be a great opportunity to help people, so it’s possible. This past election shows that anything can happen.” The previous March he tweeted he would “maybe one day” run for president. And in June, he wrote on Instagram that “the idea of one day becoming President to create real positive impact and global change is very alluring.” Johnson is a Republican and would face an uphill battle challenging an incumbent president from the same party. So maybe 2024?
