John Legend Is Smart & Charitable

John Legend has been performing since he was four years old. He was reportedly accepted to Harvard University and offered scholarships to Georgetown University and Morehouse College. He opted to attend the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied English with an emphasis on African-American literature. He has lent his support to various charitable causes, including the Hope for Haiti Now telethon show. In 2007, he launched his Show Me Campaign to help residents in Bosaso Village, Somalia. In 2012, he was appointed by the World Economic Forum to the Forum of Young Global Leaders. He’s a family man and cares deeply about helping others.
