Heartthrob and Fuller House star John Stamos was finally taken off the market! He became engaged to his love Caitlin McHugh in October of 2017. John enlisted the help of some Disney friends. According to John, Bob Iger (Disney CEO) himself reached out about his future fiancé’s love of Disney. John said, “[Disney CEO Bob Iger] happened to email me a month or so ago, and it was like, the funniest email early in the morning. It was like, ‘Hey! I follow you and Caitlin on Instagram. She’s really a Disney geek, isn’t she?’”

The connection paid off and John whisked Caitlin away to Disney for a special trip. While there he had Disney make a short movie of all of the most romantic moments from Disney and Pixar movies. An animator named Paul Briggs also aided in creating the special short. At the end was a Little Mermaid scene hinting to John to “just ask the girl.” Of course, she said yes, because how could she say no to a magical moment like that?!
