Magic Mike actor Joe Manganiello learned how to speak Spanish in order to propose to his love, Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara. In 2015 Joe whisked Sofia away for a romantic vacation to Hawaii. Joe recounted the unbelievable moment on Live! with Kelly and Michael saying, “I had a big speech in Spanish, and that’s what I was nervous about. The last thing you want to do is like mess up the Spanish on the proposal to the Colombian woman.” He also admitted that a lot of planning went into making the moment as spectacular as possible. Obviously, he must have done a pretty good job because the two have now been a happily married for several years!
