In 1993, Martha Stewart Living debuted on television as a half-hour, weekly show. With Martha Stewart leading as its immaculate host, the show became wildly successful and its popularity led to the network expanding it into an hour-long, daily show. As a result, Martha Stewart became one of the most watched morning program hosts in America and she even went on to win several Emmy awards. The show continued for at least ten years before going on hiatus in 2004. By then, the empire that Martha Stewart had built on her own would come crashing down, as you will soon see.
