Drew had a rough childhood and had started smoking, drinking, and doing various drugs at an extremely young age. She and her mother famously had a strained relationship when Drew was young, which ultimately led to Drew’s emancipation at the age of 14. According to Drew, her mother lost credibility with the court for taking her to Studio 54. Drew has gone on to find sobriety and adulthood success and is also now a mom to two children of her own.
