Just four days before Hot in Cleveland actress Valerie Bertinelli turned 50, she achieved a personal goal and finished the Boston Marathon (in 5:14:37).

“I am so high right now, more high than if I’d had a bottle of champagne!” she said to PEOPLE, just after “I feel euphoric!”

Her run raised money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
